How would you define your personal style and who are your style icons?
I’d describe my style as eclectic yet simple and never overdone. Materials are key because they make all the difference, from the cut to the color. Accessories are my favorite way to express myself in the moment. I like to be feminine yet effortless and understated.
I’m inspired by ’90s style and icons like Miuccia Prada, who has always blended creativity with a strong connection to art and culture. Vintage figures like Lee Radziwill also remain a reference for timeless elegance.
What does your typical day look like and what inspires you the most?
I usually start my day with a hot herbal infusion and my morning routine, accompanied by jazz music, a little ritual that sets a calm, positive tone.
My mornings are often spent in the city center, especially around the goldsmith district where my suppliers and artisans are based. I work closely with them on every piece, which allows me to follow the growth of each collection and see it come to life.
Then I love stopping by Marchesi for a coffee and a small treat to start the day on a sweet note.
I often take time to sketch or explore antique jewelry shops. I’m fascinated by vintage pieces, particularly in Art Deco style, and Milan offers wonderful collections and dealers.
Books are my main source of inspiration, especially old books and magazines that offer details and imagery you rarely find online. They are a true treasure trove for ideas.
Best advice you have ever received
Always be true to who you are.
What's the item in your wardrobe that you would never give up?
My ballet flats. I could never live without them. And I love a well-put-together outfit, like a blazer with classic trousers or a pencil skirt, pieces that make me feel refined yet effortless all the day.
What’s your go-to spot when you are in Milan?
I love Marchesi, the classic spot on Via Santa Marta. It feels like home, whether for a quick coffee or a small treat, alone or with company. The atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and inspiring. It really captures Milan’s essence for me.
I also adore the Boschi di Stefano House Museum, an intimate space designed by Piero Portaluppi and showcasing works by artists like Lucio Fontana and Giorgio De Chirico. Its blend of elegance and Art Deco influences reflects Milan’s rich artistic soul.
Both spots are, in their own way, perfect little havens in the city.
Your current bedside reading
I’m finishing Il Palazzo Incompiuto, which I love for its depiction of Venice’s melancholic, slightly decadent beauty, a city I’m completely in love with. After that, I’m about to start The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt, recommended to me because I’m drawn to dense, emotional stories with a touch of drama, the kind of novels I can really get lost in.
