ONLINE PURCHASE

To consult our product catalogue, select a category from the navigation menu or click on “Search” and type in a keyword.  

You can refine the results by using the filters within each category. 

To see full product details, click on the picture of an item to open its product page, where you will find all available sizes, details, images, and other information.

When you have made your choice, select the size on the product page and click “Add to Cart.” 

To proceed with your order, click on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen and then select “Checkout.” 

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order details.

If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder. 

If you still cannot find it, please contact us.

Sizes displayed on BLAZÉ MILANO products are Italian sizes.

For items not purchased on blaze-milano.com, please refer to the authorized retailer where the item was bought.

Purchases on blaze-milano.com are reserved for private end customers.

Our prices include VAT where applicable within Europe.

An invoice is issued for every order and will be sent with the parcel. 

You can also download your invoice by logging into your account.

Please note that once your order is confirmed, it is not possible to change invoicing details or request a new receipt different from the one already issued.

BLAZÉ MILANO accepts payment by PAYPAL, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, KLARNA, where available. (CREDIT CARD payment is processed by STRIPE.COM)

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email by filling out the form in the “Contact Us” section or by calling  +39 02 36264741

It will only be possible to change the shipping address; no other modifications to the order can be made.

Once the order has been processed, it will no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Free shipping is available for orders over €500.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

All orders are processed automatically.

Shipping is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) for all countries where customs taxes apply.

You can return or exchange items purchased on blaze-milano.com within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To make a return or exchange request, ensure the items are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags and security seals untouched and attached. 

Boxes and other packaging must be included. 

Next, contact our customer service team via email by completing the contact form or by calling +39 02 36264741 to initiate the process.

Place the items you wish to return or exchange in a box—preferably the original one—and make sure it is properly sealed. 

Wait for our instructions on how to proceed.

Your refund will be issued as soon as the returned items have been received and checked by our warehouse. 

BLAZÉ MILANO reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly requested, shipped outside the return period, or are not in the same condition as when delivered.

BLAZÉ MILANO reserves the right not to accept refund requests for items purchased on sale. You may proceed with an exchange, or we can issue a store credit. Once we have received your return at our warehouse and confirmed that it is eligible for a refund, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Your refund will be issued on the same day as the confirmation. 

Please note that it may take up to 7 working days to process the refund, and the time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your credit card issuer.
