We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm, and adventure.

There is no end to the adventures we can have if only we seek them with our eyes open.

The vintage luxury of the Orient Express inspires the Blazé Milano Pre-Fall 2019 collection.
The memories of a past, when travelling was a unique and exciting experience, merge with the fascination for the legendary train’s sumptuous retro interior in a collection incorporating the varying artistic references associated with the long journey of the Orient Express – from the sparkling Paris to the alluring Instanbul, where the Western and Eastern worlds meet in an intriguing cultural métissage.
Vintage references are combined with a modern, practical approach in the lineup, where Blazé Milano debuts a range of new styles.
The padded Downtown Bomber shows a cool, urban silhouette, while the Drifter Robe is a revisited poncho embellished with knitted neck and cuffs and the Hunny Jacket sports a short, casual shape peppered with fringes for a Western feel. Infused with a high-end sartorial appeal, the Whistler Coat is a long tailored style revealing a shawl collar and applied Smiley pockets, while a quintessentially metropolitan feel defines the Timeless Blazer with its practical and roomy pockets. Cut with a relaxed silhouette and featuring rounded edges, the Weekend Blazer is a go-to style for a chic off-duty look.
All masterfully crafted to convey an impeccable style, these versatile designs are worked in a wide range of fabrics, spanning from soft wool-alpaca blends and warm wool cloths in mannish patterns – including houndstooth, herringbone, as well as micro and macro checks – to effortless chic corduroy, eccentric zebra velvet and jacquard silk with a sprayed- like effect.
Vibrant patterns give an eye-catching appearance to the lightweight silk fabrics, which are crafted not only for the iconic jackets and the Sunshine Blazer dress styles decorated with fringes and coordinated belts, but also for the new range of tops, skirts and trousers.
Multicolour tiles with a Middle Eastern mood, graphic leopard spots, artsy jacquard patterns and a Bandana-inspired paisley print are the collection’s distinctive motifs splashed onto the versatile silk everyday essentials. The selection of tops includes the Palomino T-shirt, the Frison blouse with softly constructed shoulders, as well as three shirt styles all embellished with the brand’s signature Smiley pockets: the crewneck Falabella (also available in a longer version for the Menorquin dress); the V-neck Andalusian and the mannish Berber.
These styles can be mixed and matched with Blazé Milano’s newly introduced trousers and skirts: Basque, a pair of high- waisted carrot pants showing an asymmetric side closure and a Smiley pocket on the back and Appaloosa, a hyper feminine front button skirt cut over the ankle. Scarves and belts crafted from the same fabrics complete the look.
